Playing Golf at Cabo Real

Robert Trent Jones Jr. explains the course’s architect as the landscape itself. Every hole caters to its surroundings and features ocean views, bright greens, rusty desert and mountains blending into a gorgeous desert paradise

Some argue the first nine holes are the best in Mexico as players progress towards the mountains in the first six holes and test their skills.

The second nine propose a less challenging game but maintains its spectacular scenery as it flows down towards the ocean and runs a long side ending at the 18th hole.

Cabo Real History

Cabo Real opened for its first game in December of 1994. Two years later the golf course hosted their first PGA Senior Grand Slam. Television viewers as well as on site fans were in for a treat when they were able to witness whales breaching just a few yards from the first 3 holes. Cabo Real has received world wide recognition ever since and golfers from all over the world visit to play this challenging, beautiful course and depending on the season, witness the live whale watching show.

  • No shows and cancellations will be charged and a 10 USD will be charged for each cancellation.
