Interview with Angel Carbajal – Nick San Co-Owner

If you ask for a great sushi restaurant in Cabo, chances are someone will send you to Nick San.

Started by Angel Carbajal and Masayuki Niikura, Nick San has been a Cabo staple for almost 20 years.

Their unique blend of Japanese and Mexican ingredients makes Nick San one of the top restaurants in Cabo. They have even expanded to second location in San Jose del Cabo at the Shoppes at Palmilla.

I got the chance to talk with Angel Carbajal about his delicious cuisine, his family and the expansion of his restaurants.

And I even tried some of Nick San’s lobster rolls. I’ve never been a sushi fan, but I think that Nick San might have converted me!  (You can see my experience at Nick San at the video on the bottom).
